Personal lubricants are specialized lubricants, referred to as lube and used to reduce friction. Originally personal lubricants were designed for use in medical procedures, however, now most are commonly used to provide lubrication for sexual enhancement, particularly where natural lubrication is not available. We provide three different types of lubricants.

Types of lubricants

Water-based personal lubricants are water soluble, and are generally the type which is least irritating to body surfaces. These properties lead to their frequent use for sexual activity. Our premier water-based personal lubricant is Pjur Aqua. Pjur Woman offers a water-based lube. And we also offer a very affordable water-based lubricant; Basic Waterbased.

Silicone lubricants are super-slippery, as they are chemically hydrophobic. They tend to retain lubrication longer than water-based lubricants. Our most popular silicone-based lubricant is Pjur Eros. This lube and it's name has become a standard in the erotic industry. For the moderate public we present the same formula as Pjur. Pjur Basic Personal Glide is our most affordable silicone-based lube.

Combination personal lubricants are simply a combination of water and silicone. A combination personal lube can be found as our cream product; Pjur Eros Power.

Pjur premium personal lubricants are separated into five product lines; Pjur, Pjur Woman (specifically created for women), Pjur Eros (our erotic and most popular line), Pjur Basic (less expensive alternative), and Pjur Cult (rubber conditioner and dressing aid). These product lines include three versions; silicone, water-based, and a combination of silicone and water-based. The versions are then reformulated to reflect our customers specific preferences for degree of feeling. The thicker lubes provide less friction and the thinner lubes more friction.
